Team Leader / Senior Lead

Standby Healthcare are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partnered clients. Situated in the heart of Lockerbie, close to transport links.
The home being a purpose-built 40 bedded establishment which specialises in elderly and dementia care, so are looking for staff who have experience in working with these service users.
We are looking for hardworking and dedicated staff members who always put the needs of the service users first. You will be primarily responsible for promoting and delivering person centred care, being mindful of each client’s age, gender sexuality ethnicity and spiritual needs.
Role Requirements:
· Contribute towards care plans and all documentation
· Responsible for the smooth running of the shift
· Administration of Medication (accurate documentation)
· Work collaboratively with care staff/ Nurses/ managers and also external services such as GP's District Nurses
· Promote company values.
· Actively engage with service users.
The successful candidate will have..
· Experience working within similar settings within the UK
· SVQ Level 3 or working towards and complete minimum 2 units of SVQ Level 4 to meet SSSC conditions
· Passion for working within the healthcare sector
· Sponsorship may be considered if candidate has relevant experience working within the UK/ Qualifications as above
