About our Directors
Founded by our directors, Alex Williams and Kieran Porter, Standby Healthcare began as an opportunity to make a difference and affect change in the quality of temporary care and support across the North East. Through dedication, passion, and hard work, we now have three regional offices in the North East, North West, and the Midlands. Our regional teams provide an exceptional temporary recruitment service to their local communities.
Our agency's four values are ingrained in everything we do. We are accountable, collaborative, conscientious, and caring. From the moment we have that first contact right through to continued excellence in service, we provide an outstanding partnership to our clients.
We have outstanding relationships with our clients, a CQC-level quality of compliance, individual client account managers who have experience of working in the care sector, and a compliance structure that is as stringent as any regulated provider. Not to mention the two Quality Director level consultants who work with us in partnership for client support.
In addition, our Directors have been judging panellists for the Great British Care Awards in the regional and national finals, along with Kieran being a Member of the Board of Trustees at a local social care charity.
