Louise has over 21 years' experience in recruitment, with the majority of her career focused on Health and social care. Throughout her career, she has progressed from operational recruitment into senior leadership roles, developing extensive experience in workforce solutions and strategic client partnerships.

Her experience spans adult social care, children's services, learning disabilities, autism and complex care. She works closely with clients to understand their workforce requirements, developing recruitment solutions that meet the needs of both services and the people they support.
