Adam supports candidates throughout their journey with Standby Healthcare, from their initial application through to becoming fully compliant and ready for work.
Working across resourcing, compliance and onboarding, he coordinates the necessary checks, documentation and training while ensuring candidates meet our high compliance standards before being booked out for work.
With an organised and friendly approach, Adam helps to make the onboarding and compliance process as straightforward and seamless as possible to support our candidates and clients whenever they need.
