Earlier this week our very own Recruitment Consultant, Luke, stepped up to the plate after one of the judges pulled out of The Great British Care Awards last minute!

Much like the other members of our recruitment team, Luke has previous experience of working directly within care facilities, putting him in a strong position to judge "The Three 'R's" category.

This category looked at organisations and individuals who have adopted an innovative approach to Recruitment, Retention and Recognition and Luke had a brilliant time speaking to all the nominees involved!
