Welcome to the team, Rachelle! 

Today we took the time to sit down with our new Business Development Manager, Rachelle, to get to know her and what she'll be getting up to in her role.

Tell us a bit about you, for instance, what do you do in your spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy going to the Sunderland Football matches with my partner and our kids. I love spending time with my family and friends. I have a big family and they are the most important thing to me.

What does your job role involve?

My job role is to work with existing clients and ensure they are provided with the best service. I work with potential new customers to look at how we can support their services run effectively without staffing having an impact.

Why do you enjoy working in care and support work?

I began working with people that needed extra support because I believe everyone should have the best chance at life. I love working with people and watching them achieve their goals. 

What’s your favourite thing about being based in Newcastle?

I enjoy the culture in Newcastle. The city centre and the University attracts lots of different people.
