The right hand to our Compliance Team Lead! Sukhi came into the business at a real time of growth allowing us to kick on, increasing the staff gaining compliance and ultimately out to work supporting out clients. With 10+ years in healthcare compliance, Sukhi really does add tremendous value to the team. In compliance, you need to have a certain moral compass to make sure that you have the ability to speak up when something isn't right but also, make sure it's right the first time. Having previous worked in multiple agencies and understanding its complexities, Sukhi was absolutely someone we wanted on board
Given her experience, it is only right that Sukhi supports with the compliance and onboarding of our Adults and Children's Support Workers within the business, beginning their journey with standby and understanding where and which packages they're best suited for.
