Steph has progressed through more positions within Standby than we would care to admit. As a referral through a friend, we recruited Steph off the back of the pandemic with a view to support on permanent resourcing and fill training courses with a partner provider. It was quickly noted that her talents were wasted and we sharply progressed her into a full resourcing role where she has rose through the ranks from Resourcer to Senior Consultant in 12 months. Along the way, Steph has scooped up 2 of 3 of Standby's prestigious awards in 'Star of the Future' and the coveted 'Big Biller' Award for 2022.
Steph specialises in providing temporary staffing support to our Elderly Nursing & Residential Clients across the Northeast and works to make sure that the highest quality of staff is supporting our clients when needed. Whether it be short terms/ASAP cover or advanced bookings, Steph will be sure to provide the cover, usually with the staff member that you've had many times before. If you a currently managing an elderly service or the owner of one, Steph is an agency consultant you want on your side. She has directly worked in care prior to joining Standby and so knows as well as any what it takes for our workers to be a success when stepping through your door.
