A background in healthcare recruitment served Jess well when coming to join Standby Healthcare to support our On Call service and has now started to utilise previous experience in recruiting permanent staff for some of our clients. Recruiting Nurses and managers into the private sector and a considerable amount of placements under her belt, gave Jess the tools to provide a first class service out of hours. You will find Jess supporting our clients and candidates two weekends per month ready to support any last minute cover you may need or request.
