Young Persons Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Young Persons' Support Workers to join our team in the Durham area.

We have various positions and packages available, with services of various natures. Night and day shifts available, 1-2-1, and 2-2-1 available. It is important you have experience working with service users who have a range of complex needs, such as Autism, as each service user is different!

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK resident, residing within the local area. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship.

To apply you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in the UK support sector
• UK resident and the right to work in the UK
• A valid DBS or the willing to complete one.
• Full UK Driving licence (Preferred)
• Experience caring for young people with challenging behaviours, mental health, and ADHD
• Ability to start as soon as possible
