Support Worker

Due to an increase in demand from many of our clients across all the Middlesbrough area, Standby Healthcare is looking to expand and recruit experienced Support Workers to join our thriving team of agency staff to support care settings and services. We have regular day and night shifts available across the region and so a willingness to travel here is preferred.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK resident, residing within the local area. We cannot offer visa sponsorship.

You will need to apply:

• Minimum 6 months experience in the UK healthcare sector in a senior healthcare assistant role

• UK resident and the right to work in the UK

• Ability to complete or provide a DBS - This must be on the online update service

• Have a valid UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (Preferred)

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Preferred)

Successful applicants will have experience working with complex needs and be confident working on a 1-to-1 basis, however this may change to a higher ratio depending on needs.
