One of our most recent training sessions was Level 2 NAPPI training, which focuses on Positive Behaviour Support with the goal to help individuals manage service users' potential challenging behaviours and support them in improving their quality of life.

This form of training promotes proactive strategies, understanding the reasons behind behaviour and implementing strategies to reduce stress for individuals being supported.
